Our firm was formed in 1999
by Mr. K. K. Yu after his early retirement as a partner from Deloitte
Touche Tohmatsu, Hong Kong after his association for 20 years. Before joining Deloitte, Mr. Yu had worked for 8 years with HSBC, the
second largest bank worldwide.
Mr. Yu brought his experience
in the public accounting and finance fields into the firm and the firm
developed rapidly in a middle sized firm with expertise in auditing,
accounting, tax, and financial areas, for both public and private companies
as well as individuals.
Our firm is registered with
the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and is member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of
Certified Public Accountants, and the Centre for Audit Quality.
We are affiliated with AGCA
CPA Limited, Certified Public Accountants in Hong Kong with offices
both in Hong Kong and China. In conjunction with our Hong Kong
affiliate, we are able to provide on-site expertise services to companies
in China and South East Asia listed in stock exchanges in the United
States of America.
