K. K. Yu, MBA, CPA., Director
Mr. Yu is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Master of Business Administration from the California State University of Dominguez Hills together with membership of Delta Mu Delta.
Mr. Yu has more than 20 years of experience as a partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, one of the "Big 4" international accounting firms. In Deloitte, he has been in charge of various projects in venture capital sourcing, IPOs and public company audits. Accordingly, he is very familiar with all US and Hong Kong GAAPs and SEC rules.
Mr. Yu had also been put in charge of Deloitte�s offices in Shenzhen and Guangzhou and had been providing services to banks and investors in direct investment and loan funding to Chinese enterprises, arranging and acting as auditors for companies to list in Hong Kong, Canadian, US, and PRC stock exchanges.
Mr. Yu is also past president of Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, foreign consultant to Guangdong Taxation Institute and adjunct professor of University of Shanghai. He had also been a lecturer of Hong Kong Polytechnic University and advisor to Hong Kong Baptist University and Capital Magazine.
In addition to his experience in the public accounting fields in the United States and Hong Kong, Mr. Yu had also been with HSBC (The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd.) for 8 years and is well familiar with all aspects of general financial and banking arrangements.
Lulu Lam, CPA Director
Ms. Lam has been actively involved in the management and performance of auditing, internal control assessment, financial forecasting, and tax planning throughout her career in public accounting and consulting.
Ms. Lam has extensive experience in the development of sian businesses, both in the US and in the Pacific Rim. She has conducted financial statement audits of previously state-owned companies in China for SEC registration, while converting International Standards financial statements to US GAAP, the accounting rules and policies of the SEC. Ms. Lam has held accounting and internal auditing seminars in China for accounting personnel from local firms. She has also given speeches at the International Business Center of Shanghai as well as other cities in China. She has written and oral fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese. Ms. Lam is also a consultant to World Bank in accounting and auditing matters and is involved in reviewing and reporting discrepancies between local reporting standards and the required International Financial Reporting Standards for publicly filed financial statements.
Debbie Wang, MBA., CPA, Director
Miss Wang is a Certified Public Accountant and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ming Chuan University, Taiwan and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Riverside.
She worked for KPMG Peat Marwick in Taiwan for a lengthily period of time and is well experienced in auditing of public companies and related IPO procedures. She is familiar with Taiwan GAAP and regulations. She had also worked for a global company in the United States for years and is familiar with United States GAAP and SEC filing requirements.
Ava Yim, CPA., Director
Miss Yim is a Certified Public Accountant and received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Since then she has been working in the accounting field for numerous years. Her experience includes working with private and CPA companies. Miss Yim is responsible for our services in auditing, accounting, tax planning and compliance.
Gloria Wu, Manager
Miss Wu is a Certified Public Accountant candidate and received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Shanghai University of Finance & Economics.
In China, she has work for a significant number of years in Shanghai NuoDe CPAs, a firm formed by former partners and managers of the former Big 5 firm, Arthur Anderson. She is well experienced with auditing of larger and public companies and is familiar with both Chinese and International GAAP.
Besides passing the CPA examination in United States, Miss Wu has also worked in a United States CPA firm actively involved in auditing of companies listed in the United States and has gained valuable experience in United States GAAP, rulings of the PCAOB and SEC.
Aswin Indradjaja, Manager
Mr. Indradjaja received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Airlangga University, Indonesia.
Since graduation, he worked with various banks and financial institutions both in Indonesia and United States including Bank Niaga for more than 15 years. During his banking career, he gained extensive experience in all banking and financial businesses and is expertised in loans and fund sourcing. Mr. Indradjaja is now leading a team providing services to banks and bank related services.
